Terms & Conditions

  1. A deposit of $25.00 to $50.00 consultation fee will be required for any custom order. The $25.00 fee covers a timeframe of 30 minutes or less, while the $50.00 fee covers an hour or more. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to the order cost.
  2. A storage fee of $10.00 per day will be charged for any order not picked up within 48 hours.
  3. Once the contract is signed, the order cannot be modified. A new order will be required for any changes.
  4. Communication through email is preferred and is open 24/7, with daily responses. Phone calls will only be entertained if a text request is sent.
  5. Order processing can take up to 5 to 10 days, and in some cases, items may take longer due to delivery. Customers will be notified via email if the processing time exceeds 5 to 10 days.
  6. Substitute items may be included in a box if the original item is no longer available.
  7. All Chanel boxes are authentic and the tissue inside the box is authentic as well.
  8. If an order is not confirmed by either text or email, the order has not been placed. Customers are advised to order again or to contact the company for confirmation.
  9. Any fraudulent charges or false claims of receiving items will result in a $1000.00 fee and legal action.
  10. The cost of items is set and non-negotiable, and no price inquiries will be entertained.
  11. A $50.00 VIP service fee will be added for any same-day service.
  12. Orders with more than 5 items (such as shirt boxes, gift bags, etc.) will require a contract and deposit before the order is processed.
  13. Invoices with “order now and pay later” option are available, but a 10% interest fee will be added and the payment must be made in full before the order is released.
